The D&D Way
Experience the ultimate remodeling process, guided by experts. From design to installation, we'll bring your vision to life.
Initial Phone Call
We start every project with a personal phone call to hear your vision, discuss project details and budget expectations. We’ll talk about the timeline and answer any questions you have. If you like what you hear, we’ll request that you send us photos of your space and inspiration photos you like. We’ll also schedule an in-person consultation.
In-Person Consultation
This meeting helps us start on the same page. As you share your goals, we’ll evaluate realistic timeframes, offer our recommendations, and take detailed measurements of your space. By the end of this step, you’ll receive a detailed proposal and comprehensive cost for your project, along with a 2D layout of the proposed space.
Contract
Once you’ve reviewed and approved our detailed proposal, submitting a deposit will secure you a spot on our schedule and engage our company in design and selection services. Timelines, payment schedules, and access to our construction management software will be provided at this point.
Design
Things are getting real! Floor plans, elevations, and digital renderings will help you visualize and understand your new space. We listen to your feedback and make any necessary revisions to the plans.
Step 5
Selection
Our selection process is designed to give you utmost confidence in all of your materials. We’ll make suggestions and share our experience with various products, but this is all about you. We’ll get as detailed as you like, talking through light fixtures, tile options and more. Then our team gets to work ordering your selected products, preparing construction plans, and acquiring any permits needed to start your project.
Step 6
Construction
It’s go time! We’ll begin construction as soon as all of your materials are delivered and plans have been approved. Before we start, you’ll be introduced to your Lead Remodeler and the Apprentice assigned to your project. This dynamic team will be on-site each day, diligently working to bring your project to completion. Through our construction management desktop and mobile app, you’ll see your general project schedule and our team will submit Daily Logs, summarizing the work completed each day.
Final Walk-Through
We’re not finished until you’re 100% happy! We’ll work hard to finish your project on time and on budget. Once we’re close, your project Lead Remodeler will personally coordinate a final walk-through, make sure your home is cleaner than they found it, and take care of any finishing touches you request.
