What sets D&D apart from other home remodelers?

Our commitment to quality craftsmanship, exceptional customer service, and attention to detail sets us apart. We use high-quality materials and work closely with clients to ensure their vision becomes a reality.

How long will my remodeling project take?

The timeline for each project varies depending on the scope and complexity. We will provide a detailed timeline during the planning phase and keep you updated throughout the project.

How do I get a quote for my project?

Schedule an introductory phone call so we can answer your questions and hear more about your work. If you'd like to move ahead we'll schedule a paid onsite consultation where we will discuss your needs and provide a detailed estimate.

Can I live in my home?

You can live in your home during your remodel for the vast majority of projects. However, depending on the scope of work, we may recommend you temporarily relocate. Either way, we strive to accommodate your lifestyle as best as possible.

Do I have to source and provide my own materials?

Nope! We walk you through the entire design process and once you've reviewed and approved your selections, we handle the purchasing of all materials and coordinate delivery to your home before the start of your project.

Are you licensed and insured?

Yes, we are fully licensed and insured. We hold a Class C contractor license (the foremost residential construction license in Colorado) and we are fully insured for all of our work.

What's the process for making changes?

Our team works hard to create a clear scope of work designed to meet your vision. This helps us get ahead of most change requests and keep you on time and on budget. However, even the best planning won't prevent change requests. We use an application called BuilderTrend to track all stages of work, your client portal will allow you to submit change requests and stay updated on your project.
